AdventureWorks DW Workspaces

These samples will get you up and running with Office Business Scorecard Manager 2005 utilizing the sample OLAP database provided with SQL Server and Analysis Services 2005 called AdventureWorks DW. The purpose of the AdventureWorks DW database is to provide a sample database for exploring the possibilities of OLAP. We have provided 5 samples scorecards to get you up and running quickly utilizing Analysis Services 2005 and Business Scorecard Manager.

Balanced Scorecard Samples

These samples will get you up and running with Office Business Scorecard Manager 2005 using a sample Balanced Scorecard template. These samples do not connect directly to the database as they use fixed values.

BizTalk Samples

These samples will get you up and running with Microsoft Office Business Scorecard Manager 2005 using BizTalk 2006 as a data source. These samples do not connect directly to the BizTalk database as they use fixed values. You can however connect the KPIs to BizTalk by creating a datamart to save your BizTalk results and then use SQL Queries to pull those values into Business Scorecard Manager.

CRM Analyzer

These samples will get you up and running with Microsoft Office Business Scorecard Manager 2005 utilizing the sample OLAP database provided from CRM 3.0 Analyzer. The purpose of the CRM Analzyer database is to provide a sample OLAP database for exploring the possibilities of OLAP utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We have provided 3 samples scorecards to get you up and running quickly utilizing Analysis Services 2005 and Business Scorecard Manager.

Dynamics Axapta Samples

These samples will get you up and running with Microsoft Office Business Scorecard Manager 2005 using Dynamics Axapta as a data source. These samples do not connect directly to the Dynamics Axapta database as they use fixed values. You can however connect the KPIs to Dynamics Axapta by creating a datamart to and using SQL Queries to pull those values into Business Scorecard Manager.
