You can download Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2010 at no additional cost if both of the following conditions are met:
Once you’ve confirmed that both conditions above have been met, follow these instructions:
Review and accept the terms

Review and accept the Microsoft Software License Terms.
2.
Click I Accept at the end of the Microsoft Software License Terms page. This will take you to the download site.
Download
1.
At the download site, enter your qualifying Office 2010 Product Key, and then click Submit.
2.
In the Shopping Cart, the qualifying Office 2010 or Outlook 2010 product will appear, Business Contact Manager for Outlook will not appear until the download step.
3.
Sign in with your Windows Live ID or Microsoft Passport account credentials.
4.
On download page, click Download BCM.
Important information
Business Contact Manager is only available by download. If you choose to purchase a backup DVD for your Office product, it will not include Business Contact Manager.
  • If you do not choose to accept the Microsoft Software License Terms, you cannot download Business Contact Manager.
    To get started, you must review and accept the Microsoft Software License Terms before you can download the product.
