Make an appointment or meeting recurring
 
  1. Open the appointment or meeting that you want to make recurring.
  2. On the Actions menu, click Recurrence.
  3. Click the frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) with which you want the appointment to recur, and then select options for the frequency.
  4. Do one of the following:

    ShowFor an appointment

    • Click OK, and then click Save and Close.

    ShowFor a meeting

    • Click OK, and then click Send Update.
