Get details about a name in the Address Book
 
  1. On the Tools menu, click Address Book.
  2. In the Show names from the list, click the address book that contains the name that you want information about.
  3. In the Type name or select from list box, type the name that you want.
  4. In the list, right-click the name, and then click Properties.
