Stop using automatic stationery
 

Do one of the following:

ShowStop using automatic stationery for all new messages you create

Turning off Microsoft Outlook stationery will turn off Microsoft Word stationery, too. If Word is your e-mail editor and you want to turn off a theme, see Word Help.

  1. From the main Outlook window, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Format tab.
  2. In the Use this stationery by default list, click <None>.

ShowStop using automatic stationery for one new message you create

  • On the Actions menu, point to New Mail Message Using, and then click HTML (no stationery).
