Customize text used to mark comments in a message reply
 
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. Click E-Mail Options.
  3. Select the Mark my comments with check box, and then type the text that you want to use to identify your comments.

Note  When you reply to a message, this text will be used to identify any comments you make in the body of the sender's original message.
