If you want to share your Junk E-mail Filter Lists with other people, or create copies of them for backup purposes, or print one of them, you can export the e-mail addresses that are in the list as a plain text (.txt) file that has one entry per line:
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
- Click the Safe Senders, Safe Recipients, or Blocked Senders tab.
- Click Export to File.
- In the Save in list, click the drive, folder, or Internet location where you want to save the file.
- In the File name box, provide a name for the file.
- Click Save.
Notes
- If you export the Safe Senders List, and you have selected the Also trust e-mail from my Contacts check box, then the e-mail addresses for your Contacts will not be included in the text file that is created during the export process.
- To print one of the Junk E-mail Filter Lists after you export the file, open it in Notepad or in another program that supports plain text (.txt) file format, and then print the file.
