Copy Windows SharePoint Services Calendar items to your personal calendar
 
  1. If the Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services folder has not been added to Microsoft Outlook, add it to the Navigation Pane.

    ShowHow?

    1. In your Web browser, go to the Windows SharePoint Services calendar that you want to access within Outlook.
    2. Click Link to Calendar.
    3. When prompted, click Yes to add the Windows SharePoint Services calendar to Outlook.
  2. In Calendar, under Other Calendars, select the check box for theWindows SharePoint Services entry you want.

    When you pause on the name of a Windows SharePoint Services Calendar item, the ScreenTips (ScreenTips: Notes that appear on the screen to provide information about a toolbar button, tracked change, or comment, or to display a footnote or endnote. ScreenTips also display the text that will appear if you choose to insert a date or AutoText entry.) will append in SharePoint Folders to the name.

  3. On the Windows SharePoint Services Calendar, open the item entry you want to add to your personal calendar.
  4. On the Actions menu, click Copy to Personal Calendar.

ShowTip

When you have the Windows SharePoint Services Calendar and your personal calendar in side-by-side view, you can drag an item from the Windows SharePoint Services Calendar to your personal calendar. Dragging the item creates a copy on your calendar.
