Go to a Meeting Workspace
 

ShowFrom a meeting request

  1. Open the meeting request that contains the link to the workspace.
  2. Click the Meeting Workspace link in the body of the meeting request.

ShowFrom a Calendar item

  • Right-click the item in Calendar, and then click View Meeting Workspace.

ShowFrom a meeting reminder

  • On Meeting Services, click the drop-down arrow, and then click View Meeting Workspace.

ShowTip

To identify which meetings are linked to a Meeting Workspace, click Calendar. Items with an Icon on a calendar item indicating that a Meeting Workspace is linked to it icon preceding the meeting subject are linked to a Meeting Workspace.
