In Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, the default font that is used when you create,
reply to, or forward an
e-mail
message is 11-point Calibri. You can change the default font and its color, style (such as bold or italic), and size.
Note Recipients of your messages must also have the same font installed on their computers in order to see the message the same way it appears on your computer. If the font that you use isn't installed on the recipient's computer, the program used to read e-mail messages will substitute an available font.
