If you want to forward
Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 items
such as reminders or e-mail messages to your mobile device when you are out of
the office, you can choose to send them as either text messages or multimedia
messages. The multimedia message format is useful for forwarding Outlook items
such as e-mail messages with attachments. You can also specify options such as
the width, height, and image quality of the multimedia messages that you
send.
Specify the multimedia message format option in
Outlook Mobile Service
- On the
Tools menu, click Options.
- On the
Preferences tab, under Mobile, click Mobile
Options.
- Under Mobile Message Format, click
Multimedia Message.

Change the delivery options for multimedia
messages
- On the Tools menu, click
Options.
- On the Preferences tab, under
Mobile, click Mobile Options.
- To send an Outlook
item along with any images that are attached to it, select the Include
image attachments check box.
- Under Multimedia
Message, you can set the following options:
- Default screen resolution of mobile phone (Pixels)
Use this option to set the width and height of the multimedia message in
pixels. The width can be a whole number between 50 and 320, and the height can be
a whole number between 50 and 320.
- Image Quality
Click Low, Medium,
or High to set the image quality that you want.
Note The
higher the image quality, the larger the size of the multimedia
message.
- Click OK.
