Forward an Outlook item as a text message
 
  1. In the message list, click the Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 item that you want to forward.
  2. On the Actions menu, click Forward as Text Message.
  3.  Note   You can forward only one message at a time.

  4. Enter the recipients' names or mobile numbers in the To box.
  5. If you want, add recipients' names or mobile numbers to the Cc and Bcc boxes.
  6. To select recipients' names from an address book, click the To or Cc button.

     Note   You must have at least one valid recipient name or mobile number in the To, Cc, or Bcc box.

  7. Click Send.

 Note   Attachments in the original e-mail are not forwarded with the new text message.
