Save attachments in e-mail messages

In Outlook, you can either save all the attachments or save a single attachment in e-mail messages.

To save all attachments

  1. Open the message that contains the file attachments you want to save.
  2. Hold down SHIFT, and then click each attachment so that they are all selected.
  3. On the File menu, click Save Attachments.

To save a single attachment

  1. Open the message that contains the file attachment you want to save.
  2. Right-click the attachment, and then click Save As.
