In Outlook, you can either save all the attachments or save a single attachment in e-mail messages.
To save all attachments
- Open the message that contains the file attachments you want to save.
- Hold down SHIFT, and then click each attachment so that they are all selected.
- On the File menu, click Save Attachments.
To save a single attachment
- Open the message that contains the file attachment you want to save.
- Right-click the attachment, and then click Save As.
