Move shortcuts within groups on the Outlook Bar

Applies to
Microsoft Outlook® 2002

Did you know that you can quickly and easily rearrange shortcuts within groups on the Outlook Bar in Outlook? You can move the shortcut within a group or to another group on the Outlook Bar that isn't open.

  • To move the shortcut within the group, drag the shortcut until the arrow appears.
  • To move the shortcut to a different group, drag the shortcut over the name of the group you want to move it to, and then when the group opens, position the shortcut within it.
