Print blank calendars in Outlook

With Outlook, you can easily print a calendar full of your appointments, meetings, and events. But, did you know that you can also use Outlook to print a blank calendar? Blank calendars may be useful to take notes on or to consult when meeting to discuss a project.

  1. On the File menu, point to New, and then click Folder.
  2. Type a name for the folder, such as Blank Calendar.
  3. In the Folder contains list, click Calendar Items.
  4. Under Select where to place the folder, click Calendar, and then click OK.
  5. In the Folder List, click the new folder.
  6. On the File menu, click Print, and then under Print style select the type of calendar you want.
  7. Under Print range, select the start and end date, and then click OK.
