Customize days seen in the Calendar

Applies to
Microsoft Office Outlook® 2003
Microsoft Outlook® 2002

The Work Week view in the Outlook Calendar provides you with a calendar of the work days as defined in the Calendar options. By default, the work days are Monday through Friday.

But what if you don’t care about the previous days and you want to see just the next few days?

In any calendar view, press ALT+1 to see just the current day (the same as the Today view), or ALT+2 to see the next two days, ALT+3 for the next three days, and so on, up to ALT+0 for a 10-day view.

If you want to pick a different starting day, just go to that date in your calendar, and use ALT+ the number.
