Converting from Schedule+ to Outlook as your primary calendar

Applies to
Microsoft Outlook® 2002

In Outlook 2002 you can no longer use Schedule+ as your primary calendar. Once Outlook 2002 is installed on your computer, you can use the Import and Export Wizard to bring your Schedule+ files into Outlook. By importing your Schedule+ files, you save in the Outlook Calendar any calendar items that were created in Schedule+.

ShowTo import your Schedule+ calendar settings

  1. If you keep your Microsoft Schedule+ data on a server and do not keep a copy on your hard disk, create a copy of the Schedule+ file on your hard disk.

    ShowHow?

    1. Start Schedule+ 7.x.
    2. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Synchronize tab.
    3. Click Work primarily from local file, and then click OK.
    4. Type a name for the Schedule+ file in the File name box.
  2. On the File menu, click Import and Export.
  3. In the Import and Export Wizard, click Import from another program or file, and then click Next.
  4. In list, click the appropriate version of Schedule+, and then click Next.
  5. Follow the instructions on your screen.

Note  Schedule+ permissions are not imported to the Outlook Calendar. To give others access to your schedule, you must set permissions for the Calendar folder. For more information, see Outlook Help.
