Outlook messages can be kept on your own computer in a personal storage (PST) file. To get them there, you choose between two routes: personal folders or archive.
Space isn't infinite. At least it's not infinite on your e-mail system's computer. Sooner or later, you'll want to know how you can create personal storage files for your e-mail messages. You can store these files locally on your own computer, where you won’t be restricted to size limitations set by someone else.
