Audio course: So that’s how! Great Outlook features to organize your Inbox

Two figures at desks, each figure has a different style for organizing

Are you a filer or a piler? Whatever your style, folders can help you organize your messages.

Whether you're an Inbox minimalist or otherwise, folders can help you stay on task.

If you regularly sort, toss, and file your messages, we don't really need to tell you how useful folders can be. On the other hand, if you like to hang on to piles of e-mail forever, think of folders as a way to make more room for your "collections."

This lesson will show how to make the most of your folders, and it will also introduce Search Folders, a useful type of folder that allows you to quickly view and locate messages regardless of where you've filed them (or not filed them, if filing isn't your style).
