Keep items private by storing them locally, on your own computer.
This subfolder could be excluded from sharing by setting its permission level to None.
You could choose not to share some things, even if you shared your entire mailbox, including:
- Anything stored on your personal computer rather than on the Exchange server. For more about local storage, see the course "File and archive your e-mail on your own computer."
- Any folder or subfolder that you didn't specifically share by setting its permissions. (We'll talk more about setting permissions next.)
