See different views by clicking View, pointing to Arrange By, and then pointing to Current View. If you create a special view, its name will appear there.
When you save a new view, the name of the view will appear on the Current View submenu. You can click to switch among any of the views listed there. For example, if you wanted to see all of your appointments again, you would simply click the Day/Week/Month view.
