You can change the order of the information on Business Contact Manager reports. You can reverse the order of the information on any report. Many of the Business Contact Manager reports can also be sorted by various report properties. See the following table for sorting information for each report.
To sort a report by a report property:
- Click the down arrow on the Sort by box.
- Click on the report property that you want to sort by.
To reverse the order of the report:
- Click the sort Ascending/Descending
icon.
