Show multiple Calendar days or weeks

Outlook provides a predefined set of views for your calendar display. You can access these views from the Standard toolbar in Calendar and choose from Day, Work Week, Week, or Month views. You can also customize the calendar view to suit your individual needs and display the number of days of your choice.

Keyboard shortcuts to display one to 10 days

  1. In Calendar, click any available time.
  2. Press ALT+1 to display one day, ALT+2 to display two days, and so on through ALT+9 to display nine days. To display 10 days, press ALT+0.

Use the date picker to create a custom day or week display

  • In Calendar, click a date in the date picker and drag to select the additional days that you want to view.

You can display between one and six days, or one through six weeks.
