Right-click the picture, and then click Save as Picture. In the Save as type list, pick the graphics file format you want.
In PowerPoint, you have another option. You can save the whole slide into a graphic file format. Go to File, click Save As, and then choose a location for the file. In the Save as type list, pick a file type. Name the slide, click Save, and in the message that appears, click Just this one.
Tip Stop other people from editing your SmartArt graphic by saving it as a picture file. In PowerPoint, right-click it and then click Save as Picture. In Outlook and Word, copy it, click Paste Special, and then in the Paste Special dialog box, in the As list, click the graphic file format you want.
