Applies to: Microsoft OneNote 2003, Outlook 2003, Word 2003

You're working with a talented team, but you have so much information and so many to-dos on your plate that you don't know where to start. Here's how to get organized and make the best use of your team's time, as well as your own.

Take a moment to prioritize e-mail messages and tasks and direct them to the right team members. Microsoft Office Outlook makes it easy to do this. With Outlook, you can organize messages in your Inbox for easy retrieval later, as well as flag messages, meeting requests, tasks, journal entries, and notes — you can even assign priority by color-coding the flags. You can also use flags to highlight requests and set due dates for effective team management.

Finally, when it's time to check in with your team face to face, make the most of your meeting time with a clear agenda and organized note-taking.

Use the following corporate team building tools and information to manage your team and workload effectively.
