Applies to: Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, Windows Sharepoint Services 2.0

With all the information and communications you have to juggle, it's easy to find yourself spending too much time on paperwork and not enough time on people. There are only so many hours in a work day, and you can't change that. But that doesn't mean you're stuck! There's plenty of room to simplify your management tasks by using technology.

There are templates for documents that you use repeatedly, automated systems to simplify tracking and reporting data, and scheduling tools that put you in control of your time. And best of all, they can all work together. For example, you can organize your time by using calendars and schedules — and then make those calendars and schedules available on your company intranet where everyone can read them and update them as required.

By using the following tools and information, you can more easily organize your time, collect and use data, track the progress of your projects, and keep everyone informed.
