Microsoft Outlook 2007 needs to be configured with SMS Link before you may use the built-in text messaging (SMS) features of Outlook 2007. During the sign-up process, Outlook should have been configured. Outlook may not be configured in the following cases:
- You did not complete the step to configure Outlook during the sign-up process.
- You wish to use the same SMS Link account on another computer running Microsoft Outlook 2007.
To configure Outlook, try the following:
- Make sure you have signed up for SMS Link. If you have not signed up for SMS Link, sign-up now .
- Configure Outlook by clicking here and following the instructions on the web site.
