Find related e-mail messages

Applies to: Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

 

You can quickly find messages that are related, regardless of which e-mail folder the messages are in.

  1. Select a message, and then right-click that message.
  2. Point to Find All, and then click Related Messages.

By default this search only includes the Inbox, Drafts, and Sent Items folders.

  1. To broaden your search, in the Advanced Find dialog box, click Browse, select folders to include in the search, click OK, and then click Find Now.

ShowTip

To search all folders in Microsoft Outlook, select the top-level folder's check box, and then select the Search subfolders check box.
