If you want to share your Junk E-mail Filter Lists, create a copy for backup purposes, or print a list, you can export the e-mail addresses on the list into a text (.txt) file with one entry per line.
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
- Click the Safe Senders, Safe Recipients, or Blocked Senders tab.
- Click Export to File.
- In the Save in list, click the drive, folder, or Internet location that you want to save the file to.
- In the File name box, type a name for the file.
- Click Save.
Notes
- If you export the Safe Senders List, and you have selected the Also trust e-mail from my Contacts check box, e-mail addresses for your contacts will not be included in the text file created during the export process.
- If you want to print the Junk E-mail Lists, after you export the file, open the file in Notepad or another program that supports text file format, and then print the file.
- If you are using a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account and working online, you must be using Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 or later. If you do not know what version of Exchange server your e-mail account is using, contact your Exchange administrator.
