Office demo How many times have you clicked the Send button in an e-mail message only to realize that you forgot the attachment, sent the message to the wrong person, or included the wrong information? Don't panic. If you have a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account, you can recall the message.

Once you've verified your e-mail account, watch this demo to see how to recall a message. If you want, you can replace the recalled message with a new one, and you can ask Outlook to let you know if the recall was successful for each recipient.

 Note   Recipients must also be running Outlook and be logged on to an e-mail account that uses a Microsoft Exchange Server.
