Customize a Search Folder

Applies to: Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

 
  1. In the Navigation Pane (Navigation Pane: The column on the left side of the Outlook window that includes buttons for the Mail, Calendar, and Tasks views and the folders within each view. Click a folder to show the items in the folder.), right-click the Search Folder.
  2. On the shortcut menu, click Customize this Search Folder.
  3. Click Criteria.
  4. Select the options you want.
