Change the language dictionary used for spell check

If you have multiple languages enabled, Microsoft Outlook checks spelling one language at a time. After checking the spelling for one language, you must select another dictionary and check the spelling again. Repeat the procedure below for each language.

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Spelling tab.
  2. In the Language list, click the dictionary you want to use to check your spelling.
