Quick tips for navigating the Office Resource Kit on the Deployment Center:

• The Deployment Center Home Page hosts information for both server and client application deployment. From this page you can link directly to the Office Resource Kit.

• The Office Resource Kit Home Page hosts information across all resource kit versions. Version-specific resource kit home pages are available from the left pane.

• Each resource kit provides links to its own content from the left pane. For example, if you need Office 2003 deployment information, you can find it under Deployment in the left pane of the Office 2003 Resource Kit.

• Each version of the resource kit provides Journal content from the left pane. For the Office 2000 Resource Kit, Journal content is called (as it has been in the past) Archives or Tips and Tricks.

• Clicking Toolbox now takes you to pages that describe the Office Resource Kit tools and how to download them. To browse downloads, click Downloads in the left pane of the relevant resource kit.

Information about Office administrative updates and downloads

Where do I get information about administrative updates? Go to the Office Admin Update Center to find general information about distributing administrative updates to users. Click one of the update libraries in the left pane to view a list of administrative updates for a specific version.

Where do I find administrative downloads? Go to the Browse Downloads section of the Office Resource Kit Home Page to download library pages for administrators.

Where did the Office 97 Resource Kit go? This resource kit is no longer available on the World Wide Web; you can get it as a downloadable file from the Microsoft Download Center.
