Unbind Binders Utility

Tools Information

If your workgroup is upgrading gradually to Office 2000, some users may have to share Microsoft Office 2000 binders with users of previous versions of Office, which cannot read binders created in Office 2000. You can use the Office 2000 Unbind Binders Utilities to separate Office 2000 binder files into their component files. The component files can then be converted and opened in earlier versions of Office.

Installing the Unbind Binders Utility

The Unbind Binders Utility is automatically installed on your computer when you install the Office Resource Kit. To locate the tool, click the Start button, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Office Tools, point to Microsoft Office 2000 Resource Kit Tools, and then click Unbind Binders Utility.
