Publishing your notes to a shared location makes them available to other Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 users, as well as people who do not have OneNote installed on their computers.

- If you want to publish pages other than the active page, click the page tabs of the pages you want to publish.
Tips
- To select a group of pages, double-click the page tab of one of the pages in the group.
- To select more than one page, hold down the SHIFT or CTRL key while you click the other page tabs. Hold down SHIFT to select the page tabs for a group of pages, and hold down CTRL to select the tabs individually.
- On the File menu, click Publish Pages.
- In the Publish dialog box, browse to the location where you want to publish your notes.
- In the File name box, type a name.
- In the Save as type list, do one of the following:
- To publish your notes so that people do not need to have OneNote installed on their computers in order to read them, click Single File Web Page.
- To publish your notes as OneNote (.one) files, click OneNote Sections.
- To publish your notes as a Microsoft Word (.doc) file, click Microsoft Word Document.
- Click Publish.
