In a shared note-taking session, hold down CTRL or SHIFT, and then click the page tabs of the pages that you want to add. Hold down SHIFT to select the page tabs for a range of pages, and hold down CTRL to select the tabs individually.
In the Current Shared Session task pane, click Add Pages.
The pages you select to share are listed in the Shared pages list in the Current Shared Session task pane, and the page tabs for the shared pages turn purple to enable you to quickly reference them.
Notes
Pages cannot be removed from a shared note-taking session after they have been shared.
