You can take and insert a screen image, called a screen clipping, onto a page in your Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 notebook.

Do one of the following:
Capture an image when OneNote is open
- Place the insertion point in your notes where you want to add the image.
On the Insert menu, click Screen Clipping.
OneNote is minimized, and the last active window becomes visible.
Drag the pointer to create a rectangular selection.
Tips
Note If you want to capture and insert an image into a side note when the side note window is open, click Screen Clipping
on the Side Note toolbar.
Capture an image when OneNote is closed
- Right-click the OneNote icon in the notification area of the Microsoft Windows taskbar, and then click Create Screen Clipping.
Drag the pointer to create a rectangular selection.
OneNote opens containing the image inserted in a side note page.
Tips
Note If the OneNote icon is not visible in the notification area of the Windows taskbar, on the Tools menu, click Options, under Category click Other, and then select the Place OneNote icon in the notification area of the taskbar check box.
