Troubleshoot email issues after you add your custom domain in Office 365

Getting email to work with your domain in Office 365 can be challenging. There are DNS records to set up, you have to work with several websites, and the DNS system is slow and nitpicky.

Because there are a lot of different areas involved in making sure email can be sent and received, try using the Outlook Connectivity Guided Walkthrough to track down why email isn’t working in your scenario.
