Create and manage site collections

The SharePoint Online Administrator can use the SharePoint Online Administration Center to create and manage settings for site collections. After a site collection is set up, you can assign permissions to site collection administrators and site owners. In addition, you can allocate storage across site collections, determine whether to invite external users to sites, and set up a public site for your organization.
