
In Office, it is easy to preview what the layout will look like when printed without actually printing.
The print image displayed on the screen, is called the "Print Preview".
You can display the Print Preview even if your printer is not connected to your computer.
Reading this article, you will learn how to show the Print Preview and how to use it. This article consists of the following two pages.

Let's display the Print Preview of the e-mail you sent.
- Click Mail in the left Navigation Pane, and then click Sent Items in Mail Folders.

- Click the e-mail you want to display in Print Preview.

- On the File menu, click Print Preview.

- A print preview of the e-mail is displayed.

Tip: For a multi-page e-mail

When there are multiple pages in an e-mail, click the Page Down button displayed in the toolbar at the top of the window to display a print preview of the next page.
Also, you can click the Page Up button to display the previous page.

Click the Multiple Pages button on the toolbar to display a print preview of all the pages in the window. Use this feature when you want to show all the pages in a list.

Let's click in the Print Preview and zoom in.
The Print Preview is displayed first with one page displayed in the entire window.
You can click in the Print Preview and zoom in on the display.
- Place the cursor over the e-mail in Print Preview.
- Confirm that the cursor shape has changed to
, and then click on the print preview.

- The Print Preview display is magnified, and the cursor shape changes to
.

- Confirm that the cursor shape has changed to
, and then click on the print preview.
- The Print Preview display returns to the original zoom setting.
