Reading this article, you can learn how to organize your Inbox, to create and add a signature, and about e-mail formats. This article consists of the following four pages.
In Outlook, you can not only send and receive e-mail, but also categorize your e-mail using colors and add folders to the Inbox to organize your e-mail.
In this series, the following features are introduced to help you make the most of using Outlook.
Categorize e-mail
There is a feature in Outlook called "Color Categories" that lets you add color and related keywords.
For example, you can define keywords for colors, such as defining Orange as e-mails from your ISP or Yellow as from a particular person. When you set that color category for an e-mail, you can tell at a glance what category an e-mail belongs to in the list of e-mails.
You can set as many color categories as you like for one e-mail.

You can add folders and sort your e-mails
You can add folders to the Inbox and the Outbox. It's useful when looking for e-mail to add folders with easy-to-understand names and sort the e-mail you send and receive.
You can use a feature called "Rules" to automatically sort your e-mail into folders when you send and receive e-mail.

Add a signature
A "signature" is information about yourself at the end of an e-mail that is similar to a business card. You can add your name, e-mail address, and contact information enclosed with symbols. In Outlook, you can save the signature you create and easily add it to e-mail.
