Analysts and Consultants within IAG undertake paid research assignments from clients that cover a broad spectrum of knowledge from competitive assessments, documenting best practices, management consulting, and development of business processes. These assignments are based upon IAG’s primary mission as IAG is not a contingency labor provider.

While IAG’s most visible products are Technical Reports, Specifications, Competitive Assessments, and Proof of Concept Systems our most important deliverable and highly valued within the company is Skill and Knowledge transfer. IAG prides itself on having repeat business but not repeating projects or continuing projects almost as another employee within a client’s location.

Our business model is such that we do not provide an on-site partner, practice or engagement manager and the entourage associated with such consulting firms. IAG has taken this drastic step to avoid what we see has consulting firms abuses building empires within a client’s own building. This enables our teams to work in dynamic clusters pulling in resources as needed as opposed to staffing projects to reduce bench loads; the result of which clients pay for results instead of empires.
