Find, review, and then delete duplicates in Excel

How often have you had to find and delete duplicates in a list? Or compare two lists and find the duplicates? It is a rather painful task. And when you are done, are you certain you really found them all? The Duplicate Finder for Microsoft Excel can do these tasks for you. And, most importantly, you can run it first to just find (and not delete) the duplicates. This allows you to confirm that what it will delete are the duplicates before deleting. Or, use it to first copy the duplicates.
