Edit startup properties for an MDB file externally

The Property Editor utility from Jamie's Software allows you to edit the startup properties for a Microsoft® Access database (.mdb) file without opening the database directly. The utility is primarily intended for Access developers who prefer to distribute their Access .mdb and .mde files with the AllowBypassKey property disabled.
