Print slides, handouts, and notes

Do any of the following:

ShowPrint one or multiple slides

  1. On the File menu, click Print.
  2. Next to Slides, click From, and then in the From and to boxes, type the number of the slide or the range of slides that you want to print.

 Note   If you don't see this option, click the arrow Print Dialog Expand Arrow to expand the Print dialog box.

  1. Click Print.

ShowPrint selected slides

  1. On the View menu, click Slide Sorter.

 Note   You can also print multiple slides from the navigation pane in normal view.

  1. Select the slides that you want to print.

To select multiple slides, hold down COMMAND  as you click the slides.

  1. On the File menu, click Print.
  2. Under Slides, click Selected Slides.

 Note   If you don't see this option, click the arrow Print Dialog Expand Arrow to expand the Print dialog box.

  1. Click Print.

ShowPrint all slides

  1. On the File menu, click Print.
  2. Next to Slides, click All.

 Note   If you don't see this option, click the arrow Print Dialog Expand Arrow to expand the Print dialog box.

  1. Click Print.

ShowPrint a handout that contains three slides and space for notes on each page

  1. On the File menu, click Print.
  2. On the Print What pop-up menu, click Handouts (3 slides per page).

 Notes 

  • If you don't see this option, click the arrow Print Dialog Expand Arrow to expand the Print dialog box.
  • The other handout options do not create a space for notes.
  1. Click Print.

ShowPrint all slides, including presenter notes

  1. On the File menu, click Print.
  2. On the Print What pop-up menu, click Notes.

 Note   If you don't see this option, click the arrow Print Dialog Expand Arrow to expand the Print dialog box.

  1. Click Print.
