If this is your first Live Meeting, you should install the Windows-based Meeting console before the meeting starts and check your system to see if it is compatible with Live Meeting.

• Install Windows-based Live Meeting Console (5 MB)
• To start the installation immediately, click Run or Open.
• To copy the download to your computer for installation, click Save.
• Test your installation by connecting to the Live Meeting service and joining a test meeting. Click here to check your Live Meeting connection now.

• Note   If you’re running an unsupported operating system, join the meeting directly from your meeting invitation to use the Web-based Live Meeting Console.

• 56Kbps or faster connection

Display

• Presenter: 1024 X 768 pixels or higher resolution monitor
• Attendee: 800 x 600 pixels or higher resolution monitor (1024 x 768 or higher recommended)

To remove the console:

1. On the Start menu, point to Settings and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3. In the list of currently installed programs, select Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2005 and then click Remove.

Terms of Service

The accompanying Microsoft software includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, “online” or electronic documentation, and Internet-based services for use with a Microsoft software product (collectively, the “ADD-IN SOFTWARE”). The ADD-IN SOFTWARE is designated for use with the Microsoft Office Live Meeting Software (the “Software”). Your use of the ADD-IN SOFTWARE is subject to the terms and conditions of the Terms of Service under which you have previously licensed the SOFTWARE.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALIDLY LICENSED COPY OF THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO INSTALL, COPY OR OTHERWISE USE THE ADD-IN SOFTWARE.
