This document lists updates that are included in Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 Service Release 9.2 QFE1.

Reports
Issue: In order to determine how many Live Meeting licenses they must purchase, customers need to know the number of people who have used the service in a given time frame.
Resolution: The Cumulative Attendance Report is now available in the Reports section and provides the conference center administrator with the ability to see the number of unique Live Meeting service users (Attendees) within a configurable time period. To view the report, click Reports and then click Usage. The Cumulative Attendance Report is the last one on the page.

Recordings
Issue: Previously the icons to view and download WMV recordings did not appear in certain non-Internet Explorer browsers. Consequently, users were not able to view or download the WMV version of their recordings.
Resolution: The icon to view recordings and the icon to download recordings now appear in all supported browsers.

Provisioning Policies
Issue: For security and compliance reasons, some customers would prefer that meeting data not be saved on Live Meeting servers.
Resolution: Conference center administrators can now request that no meeting data be saved on Live Meeting servers. This feature is enabled through a new license and must be requested through a sales order.
Note This feature requires the CU12 version of the Live Meeting client.

Live Registration System (LRS)
Issue: Occasionally customers are unable to download a Live Registration System Event report to a CSV file when the report contains a large amount of data.
Resolution: With the 9.2 QFE1 release, the report process has been improved so that it runs faster and the report no longer times out.

Join
Issue: When a user initiates a Meet Now meeting from Office Communicator and then invites a new person into the meeting using an invitation sent from the Live Meeting console, the new person receives the following message when they try to join: “The meeting has ended.”
Resolution: People can now join a Meet Now session at any time if a presenter is connected to the meeting.

Web Console
Issue: Windows 7 users received the following message when attempting to join a Live Meeting using the Web Console: “You are using an unsupported version of Operating System."
Resolution: Windows 7 users can now successfully join a Live Meeting using the Web Console.
