This document lists updates that are included in Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 service Release 2.
Live Meeting Manager
Issue: When meeting expiration is enabled on a conference center, all on-going and recurring meetings are deleted at the set time of expiration.
Resolution: With Live Meeting 2007 service Release 2, content expiration and meeting expiration work correctly. For more information go to KB 956082.
Issue: When a new member account is created, the default selection is a Member account, which is rarely desired.
Resolution:With Live Meeting 2007 service Release 2, the default selection is now set to an Organizer account, which is commonly desired.
Issue: Special characters, such as single quotes ('), were not allowed as part of an e-mail address.
Resolution: All special characters, such as # $ % * / ? | ^ { } ` ~ & ' + - = _, are now accepted as part of an e-mail addresses.
Issue: When a Conference Center is upgraded to Live Meeting 2007, all recordings are set to expire in 90 days.
Resolution: With Live Meeting 2007 service Release 2, recordings will not expire in 90 days.
Recordings
Issue: In releases of Live Meeting prior to 2007, question marks were valid characters in a recording ID. In Live Meeting 2007 service, recording IDs that contained a question mark were flagged as errors and were inaccessible.
Resolution: With Live Meeting 2007 service Release 2, question marks are now accepted as valid characters in recording IDs.
Issue: : When scheduling a meeting, in the Audio section of the Meeting Options, if Other is selected as the Audio Conferencing Provider and the dial-in information is left blank, recording will be disabled.
Resolution: With Live Meeting 2007 service Release 2, this has now been corrected.
Live Meeting Registration
Issue: In Live Meeting Registration, when an event that did not use VoIP for the audio, the meeting invitation did not include the dial-in audio information.
Resolution: With Live Meeting 2007 service Release 2, meeting invitations include the dial-in audio information.
