Copy a hyperlink
 
  1. Select the hyperlink you want to copy.
  2. On the Standard toolbar, click Copy Button image.
  3. Select where you want to place a copy of the hyperlink in your form, and then click Paste Button image on the Standard toolbar.

    Note  When filling out a form, if the hyperlink loses its formatting when you paste it into the form, you may be trying to insert a hyperlink where it is not allowed.
