Edit a hyperlink
 

You can edit both the display text as well as the description of a hyperlink (hyperlink: Colored and underlined text or a graphic that you click to go to a file, a location in a file, a Web page on the World Wide Web, or a Web page on an intranet. Hyperlinks can also go to newsgroups and to Gopher, Telnet, and FTP sites.).

ShowEdit a hyperlink when filling out a form

  1. Right-click the hyperlink you want to change, and then click Edit Hyperlink on the shortcut menu.
  2. In the Edit Hyperlink dialog box, make the appropriate changes.

    Note  When filling out a form, you can only edit hyperlinks that were typed into text fields. You cannot edit hyperlinks that are a part of the form template.
